Will My Health Insurance Cover Therapy?
Natura Counseling operates primarily on a private pay basis. Participating in counseling through private pay helps keeps your health record confidential and allows you to determine the type, length, and frequency of sessions rather than being limited to the restrictions put in place by insurance plans.
How do I schedule an appointment?
I offer a no-cost 15 minute consultation to answer any other questions you may have, enable us to assess for fit, and to get your first appointment scheduled. Reach out to me via e-mail at elissa@naturacounseling.com.
How Long will this take?
I understand that therapy is an investment of finances, time, and emotions. I am committed to stewarding this investment and collaborating with you to find the best course of treatment. Counseling
Individual 50 minute Office or Virtual: $120
Marriage/Family/Group 50 minute Office or Virtual: $130

Nutrition Counsultation
(Coming Fall 2022)
Initial Nutrition Consultation and Form Review: $140
Nutrition Check-ins 25 minute: $50

No Show Charge (no notification of cancellation): This will automatically be charged at your full normal session price.

Cancellation in less than 24 hours (except in cases of emergency, personal or family crisis): This will automatically be charged at your full normal session price.

INSURANCE​
Out of Network Benefits: this may be accessed per your insurance if available with your insurance plan. Some plans will reimburse you as an “Out of Network” expense. I can provide you with a Super Bill to submit to your insurance.

PAYMENT POLICY
The full fee for your session is collected at or before the time of service via cash, credit card, debit card or check. I do not bill for services, or carry account balances. I utilize a software called Simple Practice to process credit and debit card payments.
